Work with team leader to scope, build, launch and lead team to deliver committed outcomes. Skill development focused on team dynamics, conflict management, strategic planning, and project management for breakthrough teams.
Activities Include:
• 3 Hour Managing Breakdowns for Breakthroughs Workshop
• 30 Minute weekly coaching check-in with team leader
• 60 Minute bi-weekly coaching session with team leader
• Attendance and observation for at least 50% of team meetings
• Monthly hour-long review with team leader and project sponsor
Provide advice, Leadership development coaching, & support for leaders and teams undergoing mergers, Restructurings, New strategic initiatives or other major changes.
Design and deliver customized leadership development curriculum through workshops, breakthrough projects, and developmental assignments. A partial list of development initiatives previously undertaken includes:
• Leading change through managing breakdowns
• Communicating with impact to increase enrollment and engagement and to manage conflict constructively
• Business acumen - Linking strategy to financial statements, a balanced scorecard, and organization objectives
• Talent Management - Identifying, recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent
