For over 25 years, I’ve either led teams or been a trusted guide for business leaders across industries, from health care start-ups to large manufacturers. My experience includes roles as sales & marketing leader, manager of strategic planning & investor relations, chief financial officer, and business unit general manager with P&L ownership.  I have tackled challenges like turnarounds, restructurings, merger integrations, and rapid growth, honing my leadership, coaching, and organization development skills along the way.  I am certified by Symbiosis Coaching, LLC as an Executive Coach and Organization Design Coach (Pending ICF ACC Certification).
